La Tinaia pizza comes to life from the intuition of Giancarlo, who wanted to create a product capable of combining lightness and flavour. After years and years of trials and modifications to the dough, we managed to obtain the perfect combination of ingredients, resulting in a highly digestible pizza with an intense flavour.

High quality flours, mother yeast, water, salt and long hours of rising are the ingredients that allow us to offer a genuine and light product that fully reflects the Mandl family philosophy.

Much care and attention is devoted not only to the selection of ingredients but also to the oven, built by Neapolitan craftsmen and enhanced by the use of certified Italian wood.

To crown this commitment, there are the skilful hands and passion of our master pizza makers. It is thanks to their experience and attention that we are able to offer a pizza that tells of all the care and love we put into our work.
